Group (12) left New Haven High School a few minutes late; Earnie played the hare we never caught except with our vision. Saw many busy Amish and we held brisk pace to match the chilly temp.

keith, steve and patrick watch the spectacle while other riders are up the road chatting

Nice morning with about 16 riders out of Arcola at 9am. about 5 minutes into it, i hit a pothole and get first pinch flat of my short history. luckily it was early into ride and group wasn't warmed up and speeding away. nice tail wind going to huntington. 2 groups both ways with no more incidents, i hope.

9-24-08 saturn flat-sag stop

we first heard the boom and then saw the damage. we were about 15 minutes into our shortened fall saturn ride, going a fair clip. I was happy for the break and that it wasn't mine.

great labor day ride to north manchester

nice hot labor day ride. greg,robert, corky, cindy, and justine took the old favorite route to north manchester. nice tailwind there and extremely hot headwind returning. more than a little quiet heat-related suffering and sore muscles to follow.
